Maintain commitment to my personal health and fitness journey.
Continue my personal health and fitness journey. I started this in earnest earlier in the year. Got serious about getting back into shape and losing some weight. I guess the idea here is to maintain that commitment and share some of the experiences and things I learn along the way. Maybe it will encourage or inform someone else. In my experience, getting healthier isn't about drastic change. It's a number of smaller routines and actions combined. Incremental changes over a sustained period of time. I just want to tip the scales a little in my favor and maintain a balance between healthy living and loving life and adventure. All things in moderation I suppose.

Well, I did it. 10 years late, but better late than never. I'll share a full blog post on this one, but safe to say I had some trepidation. I knew I had waited too long and that fact made me anxious. Then there was the thought of the procedure itself. I'll sum up here in this summary by saying it was so easy. I definitely should not have waited and want to encourage everyone to do it early. 45 now for men is the recommendation. Thankfully my results were good, but I feel like I dodged a potential bullet that i didn't need to. Should have done this years. ago.
